DO YOU TAKE ONLINE PAYMENTS?
Not yet. Every order is cash on delivery — you pay the courier when your package arrives. No card details are ever collected.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Dubai and Sharjah: 1–2 working days. Rest of the UAE: 2–4 working days. GCC: 4–7 working days. We call to confirm before dispatch.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
AED 25 flat across the UAE, and free on every order over AED 300.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes — as long as it hasn't shipped. Reply to your confirmation call or use the contact page with your order number.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Use the Track Order page with your order number (for example KK-1001) and the email you checked out with.
DO PIECES RESTOCK?
No. Every design is produced in a small batch and retired once it sells out.
HOW DO THE TEES FIT?
True to size with a slightly boxy shoulder. If you're between sizes or want an oversized fit, size up — see the size guide.
HOW SHOULD I WASH THEM?
Cold wash inside out, hang dry, no tumble drying. Never iron directly over a print.
