HOW IT WORKS
1. Message us from the contact page with your order number and what you'd like to do.
2. We reply within one working day with a pickup slot or drop-off address.
3. Once the piece is inspected, your exchange ships or your refund is issued.
SIZE EXCHANGES
Free once per order within the UAE, subject to stock. Because pieces are small batch, a swap may not be possible if the size has sold out — in that case we refund in full.
REFUNDS ON CASH ORDERS
Orders paid in cash are refunded by bank transfer to the account holder's name matching the order. Transfers land within 5–7 working days of inspection.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we cover return shipping and replacement in full, no questions.
NOT RETURNABLE
Worn or washed garments, items without tags, and accessories opened from their seal.
