1. ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted once we confirm it by phone or email. We may decline or cancel an order that appears fraudulent, is out of stock, or lists an incorrect price.
2. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes. Payment is cash on delivery only; no card or online payment is collected on this site. Shipping is AED 25, or free on orders over AED 300.
3. DELIVERY
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Repeated refusal of cash-on-delivery parcels may result in future orders being declined.
4. RETURNS
Our returns and exchange policy forms part of these terms and does not affect your statutory rights.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, photography, graphics and the Kuro Kage name are owned by us. You may not reproduce or resell them without written permission.
6. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
