WHAT WE COLLECT
When you order: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and any note you add. When you subscribe: your email only. We never collect card or bank details — orders are paid in cash on delivery.
WHY WE USE IT
To confirm and deliver your order, handle returns, answer support messages, and — only if you subscribed — send occasional drop announcements.
WHO SEES IT
Our delivery partner receives your name, address and phone number so they can deliver. Order records are stored in our secured store database and are visible only to Kuro Kage staff accounts. We do not sell data.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order records are kept for accounting purposes. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
YOUR RIGHTS
Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion at any time through the contact page. We respond within 30 days.
