CONFIRMATION CALL
We phone every new order before dispatch to confirm the address and the total. If we can't reach you within 48 hours the order is held, not cancelled.
FAILED DELIVERY
Couriers attempt delivery twice. After a second failed attempt the parcel returns to the studio and we'll contact you to rebook.
